External Policy

It aims to guide all employees and stakeholders to maintain a corruption-free and integrity environment, through the adoption of rules for offering or receiving benefits, such as: souvenirs, gifts, events or other activities that, if used incorrectly, they may characterize or have the impression of offering or receiving bribes, undue benefits or acts of corruption.

Anti-Corruption Policy

Establishes guidelines for the behavior of all EBSE professionals and shareholders for situations that may imply or characterize the practice of bribery or corruption, so that everyone understands and acts in accordance with the anti-corruption laws applicable in all relationships with suppliers, customers , representatives and public administration agents, reiterating EBSE's commitment to the principles of corporate governance, transparency, equity and accountability for any misconduct in order to eliminate any risk of exposure to the Company's image and reputation.

Purchasing Policy for Materials and Services

Establishes guidelines for the purchase of goods and services at EBSE, ensuring the efficient use of the Company's resources, with transparency and security in transactions, as well as the continuous qualification of suppliers.

Code of Conduct and Business Ethics

The EBSE Conduct and Business Ethics manual is the document for all employees and stakeholders that contains the policies adopted by the Company in conducting its business.

Reporting Channel

It aims to provide safe and reliable communication channels, encouraging our employees and other stakeholders to register any situation that indicates a violation or potential violation of ethical principles, policies, rules, laws and regulations or other improper conduct. The suspicion of any activity carried out in disagreement with the current legislation or with the Code of Business Conduct, values and beliefs of EBSE, must be immediately reported to the Steering Committee, which will investigate, in an impartial manner, the facts that have occurred and will adopt the appropriate measures as the legislation and other rules of the Company.

Procedure for Investigation of Complaints

It guides the members of the Compliance Steering Committee in investigating complaints received through the communication and reporting channels made available to all employees and stakeholders, in addition to publicizing society in general on the investigation procedure used by EBSE.
